This program is designed for the executive who flies primarily on the corporate aircraft.  Although information on both corporate and commercial travel is given, the stress of this program is on the specific aircraft owned by the corporation.  Each cabin has its own idiosyncrasies and it's important to know them.  The course length Is 2 hours and up to three courses can be offered each day (Also available as a Frequent Flyer Seminar for large groups who travel commercially). Topics covered as follows:

I. CABIN SAFETY AND PREPAREDNESS

In this portion of the class covers proper stowing procedures, bracing (for forward and aft facing seats), Hazards and Apathetic Travel (Discussions of the typical corporate aircraft cabin scenario and its dangers), your role in an Aircraft Emergency and other tips in General Cabin Safety.

II. ONBOARD EQUIPMENT

This portion deals with equipment your aircraft carries onboard, included in the following: Donning, Fitting, and Activation of Life Vests, Location in Deployment of Life Rafts, Donning Smoke Hoods, Location and Use of Fire Extinguishers, Donning and Use of Oxygen Equipment, Location and Use of All Exits, and Proper Evacuation Procedures.

III. THE EVACUATION

In this portion of the class students have the opportunity to apply information they have acquired and see the benefits of their training. A Smoke filled Cabin and Emergency Landing is set.  The cabin is then filled with FDA approved stage smoke. Finally the passengers are required to evacuate the aircraft using only the Overwing Exit.

All Subject Matter Is Relevant to Both Corporate and Commercial Aircraft Travel.

Universal Survival

PHYSIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SURVIVAL - Covers the physical aspects of surviving in the worlds various environments.

PYSCOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SURVIVAL - Reviews the many myths surrounding survival. The program addresses the many fears that would prohibit a successful survival incest.

WATER AND FOOD PROCUREMENT - Location and manufacturing techniques for water * Locating and Gathering food in the Wilderness * Desert * Jungle * Arctic

TECHNIQUES OF FIRE BUILDING - Concepts of fire building * What is Tinder * Where to Locate Fuel * How to Start a Fire * How Large a Fire to Build * How to Reflect Fire Produced Heat

SHELTER BUILDING - Review of the different types of shelters for various environments and terrain.  Arctic * Desert * Jungle * Mountain.  Apply concepts in a field training exercise.

SIGNALING DEVICES - Introduction and demonstration of the various types of signaling devices.  Hand Held Smoke and Night Flare * Aerial Flares * Signal Mirrors * Dye Markers * ELT's

FIELD TRAINING EXERCISE - Incorporates all techniques from classroom instruction and applies them in the field.

Open Water Training

WET DITCHING AND EMERGENCY EGRESS - Review of Aircraft Ditching Incidents * Concepts of Ditching Procedures * Crew Coordination * Cabin and Passenger Preparation * Pre-impact Procedures * Evacuation Techniques

SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT - Review of all Survival Equipment to be Used in the Training Exercises * Life Rafts * Life Vests * Signaling Device

EXERCISE I - Practice using all training equipment.  Rafts * Vests * Flares, Etc.

EXERCISE II - Night Water Survival Exercise

EXERCISE III - Ocean Training Scenarios Conducted in the Gulf of Mexico.

DAY II - Medical BBP/CPR/AED

Underwater Egress Training - Teaches the principles of egress from flooded aircraft using a Dunker and HEED bottle
